RETURNS

All sales are final. Refunds are only supplied if your item arrives damaged. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me so we can work toward a solution. 

PAYMENT

Payment is expected at the time of sale. You can use any major credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal. Sales tax of 6% will be charged to Michigan residents.

SHIPPING

Based on recent experience, COVID-19 has caused unpredictable shipping delays, so please be patient – hopefully this will end soon!

Except for commissioned artwork, all orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (typically the Thursday or Monday after your order, whichever comes first). You will receive an email with a tracking number for your package so keep an eye on your email. 

International ShippinG

Any custom, tariffs, or fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. As the seller, I am not liable for delays in shipping caused by the postal carrier. Note that tracking is not available in every country and please allow 6-8 weeks for receipt of your piece.

REPRODUCTION

All reproduction rights are retained myself, the artist. Copying and selling/distribution of my original artwork/designs without authorization from me is prohibited by copyright law.

You may share images of your purchase on social media but please remember to tag meganfoldenauercreative (IG) or meganlovestodraw (FB)!

ADDITIONAL INFO

Please note that all screens are calibrated differently. While I work diligently to accurately represent the colors of each piece, it may differ slightly in person. Good thing is that I’m often told that my pieces have MORE detail in person than on screens, so, yay for that!
